• My clients are my focus, I dedicate all my time, my evenings and weekends to them. I am a full time realtor.
• I communicate with them very openly and honestly tell them what is good what is not, pros and cons..
• I’ve looked at thousands of homes over the years so I've found that this helps me distinguish good homes from not so good homes, estimate value, and negotiate more          effectively.
